He won the Golden Lion at the Cannes advertising festival, and made his debut as a director at the Cannes film festival (Critics’ Week) with his short film “Tourist”. He has guest lectured at the School of Visual Arts in New York, in Poland and in the UK.

Łukasz Szklarz holds a Master’s degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Economics in Krakow and completed Creative Producer studies at the Leon Schiller Film School in Łódź. Since 2004, he has specialized in managing international projects, recently contributing to productions such as Netflix’ „The Witcher” & „Barbarians”, „Powstaniec 1863”, and Rammstein – „Zick Zack”. Additionally, he produced the documentary series „World War II – Breakthrough Inventions” for the History Channel and the short film „Reset”.

Michal is a graduate in American Studies, Film Directing, and Visual & Media Arts. He began his career at Sony Computer Entertainment and has since gained over 15 years of experience working with leading media and game dev companies across Europe, North America, and Asia. He has worked for international broadcasters, covering conflict zones, U.S. elections, and global sports and e-sports events. As a digital nomad and cognitive tech enthusiast, he has also co-authored several works on modern history and sci-fi, focusing on the intersection of technology and storytelling.

Marek wrote several short film scripts and co-wrote the award-winning feature script “OK Boomer.” From 2022 to 2023, he worked at New Native, a startup hub developing AI solutions, and is now creating AI animation studio blnk, which produces trailers, music videos, and feature films. He lectures on AI, consults on its implementation, and is a member of the AI Commission at the Polish Screenwriters Guild.
