Matt has an expertise spanning motion pictures, animation, museum exhibitions and AI. He has worked extensively in Poland, Australia, and the United States. He has collaborated with Discovery, History Channel, CANAL+, and Platige Image. He won the Golden Lion at the Cannes advertising festival, and made his debut as a director at the Cannes film festival (Critics’ Week) with his short film “Tourist”. He has guest lectured at the School of Visual Arts in New York, in Poland and in the UK.
TOM SUSKI

Film Director, DOP and Editor with nearly 20 years of experience in the TV industry. He worked in numerous film sets around the globe. His portfolio consists of a wide variety of formats, from reality shows, documentaries to music videos and commercials.
Now he is an eager AI enthusiast especially in animation and generative video fields. He is on a lookout for new ways of implementing AI to visual storytelling.
MICHAŁ J. OWERCZUK

Michal is a graduate in American Studies, Film Directing, and Visual & Media Arts. He began his career at Sony Computer Entertainment and has since gained over 15 years of experience working with leading media and game dev companies across Europe, North America, and Asia. He has worked for international broadcasters, covering conflict zones, U.S. elections, and global sports and e-sports events. As a digital nomad and cognitive tech enthusiast, he has also co-authored several works on modern history and sci-fi, focusing on the intersection of technology and storytelling.
JULIA BUI
Director, Multimedia Artist
A director, multimedia artist, and choreographer who blends technology and art. She has performed and conducted workshops for groups, including at Columbia University (New York) and Yale University, among others. Together with her sister Mai, a DOP, they form a Bui Sisters duo and work on various film projects.
ŁUKASZ SZKLARZ
Producer
Łukasz Szklarz holds a Master’s degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Economics in Krakow and completed Creative Producer studies at the Leon Schiller Film School in Łódź. Since 2004, he has specialized in managing international projects, recently contributing to productions such as Netflix’ „The Witcher” & „Barbarians”, „Powstaniec 1863”, and Rammstein – „Zick Zack”. Additionally, he produced the documentary series „World War II – Breakthrough Inventions” for the History Channel and the short film „Reset”.

An experienced video editor with a deep passion for visual storytelling. With a solid background in both video editing and project management, she effectively merges technical expertise with artistic vision. Her work involves creatively using artificial intelligence, including generative video technologies, in the filmmaking process, providing innovative tools and perspectives for traditional film production.

A visionary blending compositing, FX, and machine learning. Specializing in integrating traditional VFX techniques with generative artificial intelligence to create groundbreaking visual effects. For years, he has closely followed the development of both fields, consistently implementing new methods to merge these two worlds in his projects. His practical approach enables the transformation of complex concepts into advanced, realistic visual effects.
RENALDA BUJNICKA
Visual Storyteller & Motion Artist
Media artist and special effects graduate with a deep passion for editing, animation, and visual storytelling. She specializes in transforming static imagery into vivid, emotionally resonant sequences, bringing a unique blend of technical precision and creative expression to every project. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of narrative rhythm, Renalda focuses on crafting motion that enhances atmosphere and meaning.

Administrator & Investor
Agnieszka manages the formal and administrative aspects of Nagana Studio. She invested in the initial development of Nagana to enable us to develop technology and begin independently advancing our projects. She studied journalism and fine arts, and for many years has been closely following the development of the multimedia, film, and technology industries.
